Terrible customer service, removes all negative reviews from their websites...

I ordered from this company after reading all the wonderful reviews not only on their products but on their customer service as well. Well let me tell you that was not my experience. While the young lady was quite nice and respectful, some of my plates came damaged. I sent pictures and they would only replace 1 of the plates but the others are clearly damaged and scratched. It's unbelievable to me. These plates were clearly in a warehouse somewhere. Something square was put on the orange one and they are square lines all over the place. They said this is normal. I buy chargers everywhere, I love them. This is not normal and the green ones came pristene. I ordered 7 plates only 5 of them were in their little bubble sleeves. The other two came without any protection at all. And while the colors are gorgeous I can always use spray paint to paint them whatever color I want without dealing with this nonsense. Save your money. Go to Dollar Tree. Same plates are $1.

Really terrible customer service…

Really terrible customer service experience. My order was lost by UPS - not Quick Candles' fault - but they refused to file the claim themselves and then once I did it, refused to replace the product before an "investigation" period. Part of the reason I chose them was for their promised quick shipping and while I understand they didn't lose the product, they didn't fulfill that promise by sending a replacement and resolving the issue. On top of that, they were actually really hostile on the phone. Overall a super unpleasant experience (and I still don't have my paid-for order).

Didn't get my full refund on the vases that I sent back

Sucks I have to give them even one star, I would give them negative stars if I could!

I called them multiple times asking for my FULL refund back for all the items I returned. TIFFANY and ROB told me due to not all the vases in the box they wouldn't give me the full refund back when I did put EVERY THING back into the box and told me to look around my house for the 6inch vases. I don't know what I would do with 12 6inch vases for my wedding and how would I loose 12 vases in my house... But over all I will never buy anything from quick candles again, its pretty sad because they do have nice vases for candles but terrible customer service. DONT BUY FROM QUICK CANDLES!

BUYER BEWARE! AWFUL CUST. SERV & RETURN POLICY.

Friend gave us hurricane candle holders, 6 in a pack, 11" tall. Also gave us 6 flameless candles from Amazon to put in them. I placed each hurricane over a candle after I found a place for each one in our home (hurricane had no bottom). The hurricanes were really too big and clunky, so I removed the candles, placed each one back in the individual box it came in, placed them all in the big mailing box, added the bubble wrap, and off I shipped it back at my own expense. I had already spoken with cust .serv. and she said they could only refund my friend's payment method, no gift card. Talk about embarrassing, so I had to call my friend to let her know. As awkward as it was for both of us, she sent me a check for the amount of the gift (this was a gift she had collected money for from others who were in on the gift.) NOT end of story. My friend had to let me know she was refunded ⅓ of the cost--more awkwardness, and when I called cust. serv., the rep she said they came back used, smudged and not in original wrapping. I DIDN'T notice any smudges or problems with them when I repacked them, but I suppose it's possible the candles might have slightly rubbed against the glass on some of them, but come on! You can easily get that off in a snap. Items were secure and arrived intact back at the company. The cust. serv rep I spoke to about the partial refund was useless. I would tell her I sent the items bk essentially unused and that I hadn’t noticed any smudges and she would refute that and tell me her company policy. We kept going in circles. After I insisted on talking to her supervisor, she put me on hold for about 5 minutes and came back and told me her supervisor wasn’t available and that I couldn’t talk with this person. Then I told the cust. serv rep my whole story about how this was a gift, the embarrassment, etc. etc. She had no response other than repeating that there was nothing she could do for me. This company has no heart, no soul, no integrity, just policy. Buyer BEWARE!

Buyer Beware!

I ordered a slant vase in October 2020. The vase was nice but not going to work for me. I wanted to return it. However, upon request a return label, I was told that I would not be getting my full return. I was only going to get 50% back of my return. The item cost me $17.99/ delivery and taxes, and I was only going to get back $9.99 for a refund. WHY? So I strongly advise customers to be aware of what you're buying and make sure it's what you want. You won't get all your money back. From now on I will be ordering from Wholesale Flowers and Supplies, which is cheaper and return policy is less stressful.

Do not shop here!

Do not shop here!! I ordered my candles on the 1st of September it is now the 8th of October and my parcel has not arrived. This was a birthday present so I had to order elsewhere, since contacting the customer services they have reiterated that the order has been delivered but would not send proof with pictures of the package outside our house and we also have a recorded video from our ring door bell that no parcel arrived that day.
6 weeks later we continuously get ignored, we had one email where they said they would send another package however we asked for a refund due to ordering elsewhere. They refused to refund us the money and again since have just ignored us.
Lastly the communication from their customer service team is appalling, it is one of the worse I have ever dealt with. They are really rude, patronizing and dismissive in any of the responses.
I would highly recommend not ordering from this company, since we have had to contact Paypal to resolve our issues as this company will not respond.

Beware

This company is NOT a customer service friendly store. We purchased a product online, received the wrong product. Attempted to return said product through their online process. Never received a return slip. Finally we were able to call and despite explanation of the situation the customer service person advised us that despite the delay in trying to return their product by using their online process their 30 day return policy is unable to be changed.

Change in Return Policy, won't honor policy when bought

We bought decorative vases for centerpieces for our wedding that was originally scheduled for May 3rd of this year. We had to push back and have now had to cancel our wedding. The reason we ordered from quick candle and not another company was their generous return policy; no drop dead date on returns or exchanges, which I documented when we bought them. Now that we have been forced to cancel our wedding, we are trying to return the vases. They inform me that their policy has changed and that they only do returns within 30 days now. These were not the policies under which these items were bought. They refused to take return of their vases or honor their policy which the items were bought under. We will be contacting our CC company and disputing the transaction now. Don't do business with this company.

Horrible company

I feel that I do not want to give any stars because I returned one of the merchandise because I ordered 2 of them and when I called them they told me they cannot get a refund which is bull$#*! because I spoke to a representative and she told.me I have 3 days to return in order to get a refund. I will never ever purchase from here ever again. Very disappointed and horrible experience.

Legit but be aware of their returns policy, refund policy and who they use to fulfill orders as many arrived smashed.
